Healing Steps for any Dis-ease

The healing steps I’ve taken that were most successful in decreasing and/or eliminating my symptoms of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, PTSD, severe depression and anxiety, include the essential ingredients of gratitude, nature, an intense desire to find joy, and TAPPING. If you haven’t yet tried tapping, you absolutely will want to try it. Since all of our physical complaints have associated emotions attached to them, we need to find a way to flush those toxic emotions from our bodies. Tapping is one tool, similar to EMDR, that helps us to get to the root cause of our emotions. It allows us to recognize the untruths we’ve been telling ourselves, let these go, and replace them with love and light. Once I got started with Tapping, the results were very rapid. Within three weeks I was turning the sails on a boat that had been going downstream for more than two years! And, you can too. There are many opportunities to learn tapping online. It is something you can do on your own if you are connected to your feelings and emotions. If not, you might want to choose a therapist who is trained in EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique – another name for Tapping.

But even more important than ALL of the other modalities I’ve tried, realizing that I am a Divine expression of the universe – really GETTING that – has been an enormous gift…and where/how did that come about? Abraham. I started by watching the movie, Co-Creating at Its Best, with Esther Hicks and Wayne Dyer. I highly recommend it! It’s a life-changer.
